You Need to Be Fair

Unfortunately, in the world we live in today, underpaying is quite common. Many people work hard all day, yet receive a salary that is below the minimum wage. Other competent individuals are not being given the wages they deserve given their credentials, skills, and contribution.

It is regretful that these underpaid individuals continue to labor under unjust conditions because many of them are desperate to earn a living, have families to feed, or do not have anywhere else to go. Employers who take advantage of these poor laborers show no regard for their well-being. They care only for themselves, and shamelessly exploit those in unfavorable circumstances.

That said, you need to ensure that those who are working for you are given their just due. You need to be fair. Paying a person less than they deserve is just the same as stealing from them.
